WELCOME!!

Hello and welcome to our website!

We are the Northwest Indiana Rabbit Breeders, and are excited about our newly formed rabbit club
whose main goal is to advance and promote the hobby of rabbit raising and exhibition in our area. Each of our club members has a voice
in the direction our club will take, and we are committed to assisting the youth of our hobby, with an emphasis on education.

We have big plans for our innaugural year of 2010, and have several goals in mind for the future, including hosting an ARBA sanctioned show for Open & Youth rabbit breeders. We also hope to be able to make available show/brood rabbit stock for area 4-Hers and others interested in obtaining quality animals with which to begin or enhance their rabbit hobby. We have a Breeder Listing on this site to show which breeds our members raise to help people seeking particular breeds find what they are looking for and we have also added a NEW Page!! Other plans include showmanship clinics for our Youth, and a periodic online newsletter. We hold monthly meetings on the last Saturday of each month in the Valparaiso, IN area.
